Founded in Zürich in 2019, Ampersand is a small senior-led studio. The person on your first call writes the code, owns technical decisions, and joins you with investors — backed by a tight circle of freelancers we've trusted for years.
We've helped founders ship first products, served as part-time tech leads through fundraising, and kept live software running for teams from one founder to two hundred.

Every line of code and every big technical call is made by an engineer with at least ten years of real-world experience. The freelancers we bring in are people we've worked with for years — never a stranger from a marketplace.

Born and raised in the small village of Brusino Arsizio, on the shores of Lake Lugano in Ticino, Switzerland. Working as a software developer since 2009 — with curiosity, care and an eye for detail.
